Dr. Kornstein did my sons lip and tongue tie at 8 weeks. We were very hesitant whether or not to do the procedure and Dr. Kornstein did not persuade us in any way. His knowledge and overall demeanor is 10/10. Highly recommend!!
Dearest Dr. Kornstein and Morgan and front desk friends, I just wanted to thank you all so very much for helping us yesterday…for allowing us to scoot into your practice with such short notice, for figuring out how to properly ease my son’s angst and for doing such a stellar, professional job extracting his two front teeth. Thankful for each of you and for baby teeth too. I’ve always appreciated your work. My dad was a dentist and my mom worked the front desk so I have a little window into your world. I greatly appreciate each of you stepping in so quickly to help resolve our school recess trauma…and also for your pleasant demeanor which always helps calm a mama’s nerves. He is back at school today and seems, so far, to be recovering nicely. Hope y’all have a good day over there! I’m off to Dick’s to find some mouth guard stocking stuffers!
Everyone at Wake Orthodontics is always professional, friendly and caring. They already saw one of our kids smoothly through her braces, and they are currently helping our second with more complicated orthodontic issues. We have been very happy with the service provided.

Both of my children got braces on at the same time at Wake Orthodontics. They have been great booking appointments for them back to back on the same day to make life easier me. Neither of my kids complain another braces or going to appointments. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate with. Cannot recommend them enough!
The staff is friendly, and the service is amazing at Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry. My son’s wire snapped on his braces while we were on vacation, and they were able to get him in the same day and get him fixed up!
Both my brother and I got braces at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry by Dr. Collie. The office has a cool surfing vibe, and all the people who work there are nice and friendly. Our teeth look great. Dr. Collie was always fun to talk to about school and sports. My mom now sees Dr. McCutchen for Invisalign. We love seeing my mom’s new smile!

I was referred to Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry for my newborn. From start to finish, every staff member I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and spacious, the wonderful ladies I spoke with were such a joy, and Dr. Travis was thorough and informative. I love an environment where I feel comfortable and taken care of. Great first impression! I would definitely recommend. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do and that radiates to the patients!
Everyone there was so nice and patient with my daughter and myself. They also made sure to let me know what was going on every step of the way. I appreciated at the end when the doctor explained what all he did in terms I could understand.
My kids have been getting their teeth cleaned and service done at Wake pediatric since they were very young. We love it! All the employees are great at the Garner office. They make your children comfortable and take very good care of them. They keep all areas clean and sanitized. Thank you for making my kids smile and happy!!!
Came here for the first time for my 18 month old son’s first dentist appointment. The office was very homey and comfortable to walk into, they have an aquarium and full play area that kept my little guy occupied until the nurse came out to greet us and take us back. We completed the questionnaire in the exam area and were seen by the Doctor who was lovely, educated us thoroughly and made me and my son feel super comfortable. No tears at our first dentists visit! 10/10 recommend!
Dr. Pretzer and his team are THE best! My daughter has major anxiety related to dental work. Dr. Pretzer and his staff were so kind and gentle that she was at ease during her whole experience.

My daughter had an absolutely wonderful pain free experience having her teeth pulled by Dr. Pretzer.
We had a great experience. We had a hard time getting our 3 yr old to stop her night time paci use. We decided to take it to our appointment and give it to the doctor so they could give it to another baby. I appreciate the way they made it so exciting for her. She got a little teddy bear, a super hero cape, and a little surprise at the very end of the appointment. They are great with the kids. Will never go anywhere else for our children’s teeth. Highly recommended!
The dentists at Wake Pediatric Dentistry are the ABSOLUTE best at what they do. I’ve been bringing my boys for 8 years and have ALWAYS been met with absolute professionalism from the entire staff, very friendly. If I could I would give them 10 stars. I highly recommend the team at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry.

My son had his first visit to Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry today. It was an emergency appointment due to pain, but we are absolutely in love with the staff and the entire vibe of the building. After having a really horrible experience with another pediatric dentist it really eased my momma heart to watch my four year old get work done and handle it better than most adults. He felt safe and comfortable, and that made a huge difference. We love it here, and I can’t wait to bring my other littles!
They are the BEST. It was quick fast and easy. The staff are lovely and amazing. They made our visit simple and pain free. My one year old absolutely loves going to the dentist now. He loves to brush his teeth. He also loves the goodie bag he received at the end of his appointment. I highly recommend them for any dentist appointments. Definitely mom approved.
The team at Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is full of caring people who treat your children with respect and with their best interests (including issues regarding soreness, pain etc.) always in mind. They are also very efficient while remaining absolutely effective. There are no long waits, no being in the dark, and they always make sure that not only that you (the parents) are informed, but also your child. Love them!!
The staff at Wake Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics have been welcoming, kind and make it easy on me by having the orthodontist check out my child right at his cleaning! The doctors and hygienists have always made my kids feel comfortable and at ease when they had to have a procedure done. I am very happy here!
I absolutely love the Wake Pediatric Dentistry practice. I was told about this place after having a nightmare experience with a different office first. We came here for a second opinion, and it was the best decision we could have ever made! My 4 year old daughter loves all the staff here and feels very comfortable with them! They are super nice, friendly & have amazing personalities! My daughter had to have dental surgery done at a surgery center and they did an amazing job! They were all very loving and had great personalities! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great Pediatric Dentist! They get a 10/10 from me! We go to the Garner location!!
My child had 7 cavities that we were going to have to pay for oral surgery to get them filled. Searched high and low for a dentist where she would feel comfortable at and as a mom, I would feel comfortable being with her. Found Wake Orthodontics and it saved us thousands of dollars because they fixed them in the office. They are great there and let the parents stay with their child the entire time and make you feel like you are in charge of their treatment and not about the money as I have experienced in other practices. Highly recommend!
Absolutely Amazing! I was nervous about taking my kiddo (who is on the autism spectrum) to the dentist due to his sensory sensitivities. The entire staff really help my little guy and my other kiddos to love the dentist. The staff talk me through my other concerns and provided feedback on my kiddos teeth. I can’t wait to return with my kiddos and my kiddos can’t wait either! Thank you so much!!

The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule all of my children for their appointment at the same time. That is a major plus for parents with multiple children. The dentist took the time out to explain what he discovered and was willing to answer any questions we had. My children really enjoyed their dental visit! They all seem more like a family instead of coworkers. The energy there is great. Good vibes all around! It was very clean and our wait time wasn’t very long. I highly recommend this location! We just love this place! We started coming here shortly after my son’s birthday and he’s 7 now. They are so kind and gentle with both my kids. My 4 year old daughter loves going just as much as my son! They take time with you and go over any questions you have and make the kids feel special and comfortable. Love it here!
My children have been coming to this dentist for around 2 years now and we love it. We have always had a great experience from the time we walk in the doors until the time we walk out. From the front desk to the hygienist and dentist all the way to the billing and scheduling I have no complaints. My two kids love coming to the dentist here. Both the dental and orthodontics side of the office have treated us so great. My kids are on a year around school schedule and they always work with us to schedule their appointments during track out weeks!!
This dentist office is amazing! They calmed my 11 year olds fear of the dentist! He had to have a tooth wiggled out! It was done in under 5 minutes! He was smiling when he left! I also have a 10 year old with autism and the staff was AMAZING making sure he was comfortable! His last dentist experience at another office, they had to put him to sleep to get his work done. Not here!!! The staff is great, doctors are awesome and it’s an amazing environment! I won’t take them from here!!
My boys enjoy going to the dentist at Wake Pediatric Garner. My oldest son has moderate to severe autism and my youngest son has ADHD The team at Wake is very professional and explain things to my kids as they are working. My son with autism is scared of the lamp arm that they usually pull over the child to shine the light in their mouth, and they don’t even touch that lamp because it scares my son. The employees are patient and kind to both boys. The girls that work there are always smiling and talking to the kids. My kids love the Nemo movie salt water fish in the dentistry fish tank. Great place!!
I love the Garner office staff. We have had excellent service at every visit. My baby boy actually enjoys going to the dentist. Katie did my sons first cleaning and she was so patient, allowed him to be involved in the cleaning, described everything she was doing to him before doing it, and he talked about her the rest of the day. Dr. Pretzer has had such an impact on my son everyday when brushing his teeth he asks, “Is Dr. Pretzer going to be proud of me momma?”
We love Wake Pediatrics! From check-in to checkout, we had an excellent experience. Our four year old was excited to have her teeth cleaned and “counted”. The dentists, front desk, hygienist, hygienist assistant and x-ray tech were amazing! Everyone I encountered genuinely seemed to enjoy being there and with each other. There was a kiddo who became very upset during their procedure but none of the team skipped a beat and continued to interact with the other kids to keep focused and engaged, avoiding possible fear or worry. Until our child ages out, she will be patient of Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry!
