PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT VISIT
Thank you for choosing Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry! We hope you are looking forward to your first visit with us. During your first visit, we will give you a tour of our office, and you will be introduced to our wonderful team. We will also perform an orthodontic or dental exam and discuss any treatment options with you. We know that each patient is unique, which is why we will help you learn all about your orthodontic or dental treatment and help you find the treatment that works best for you.
At Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry, our team has the skills and the experience to provide all our patients with both orthodontic and pediatric dental care. We utilize a team approach that will last from your child’s first visit at age 1 until they are ready to leave your home and begin their adult lives.

Save time at your already scheduled appointment by filling out our patient intake forms prior to your visit! If you do not have an pediatric, orthodontic or oral surgery appointment yet, please do not complete these forms and instead request your appointment first here.
DIAGNOSTIC RECORDS & CONSULTATION
Diagnostic records include digital photographs, X-rays, and models of the teeth and jaws. These items help the doctors arrive at a diagnostic and customized treatment plan for the patient.
After the doctors have studied the diagnostic records, a consultation appointment may be needed to discuss the proposed treatment with you. While they are certainly welcome, it is not necessary that young patients attend the consultation appointment.
The fee for the diagnostic records and consultation appointment is $275.00. lf available, current X-rays need not be repeated and may be subtracted from the records fee accordingly.
After the consultation, appointments may vary on an individual basis depending on the treatment to be performed.
