Requirements to Apply for The Dr. Walter B. Parrish Scholarship:

1. The applicant must be either a high school senior or a college student.
2. The applicant must be a current or former patient of both Wake Orthodontics AND Pediatric Dentistry.
3. The applicant must fill out and submit the simple application form below.

The deadline for applications is May 1, 2024. If you submit an application after this date, we unfortunately cannot consider it. THREE $1,000 scholarships will be given to the chosen winners.
