At Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, we are dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teen years. Our specially designed equipment for pediatric patients, and expertise in exam and treatment methods that make children feel comfortable, help to create an enjoyable and positive experience for children.

Dr. Pretzer has been married to his loving wife, Kathy, since 1999, and together they have two boys, Ryan and James. Dr. Pretzer greatly enjoys spending time with my family and watching his sons’ sports games whether its soccer, lacrosse, basketball and baseball. Dr. Pretzer is very active and in his free time likes to go skiing, surfing, biking and traveling. He also enjoys rooting for Duke basketball and Michigan football.
